The person to speak to when you're booking Oskorei! The Events Secretary maintains the group's diary and can tell you when - and where - we're available. They work with the Treasurer to take our bookings - if the Events Secretary says we're coming: we're coming.

Looks after people joining, leaving, or visiting with Oskorei. Collects membership fees and runs our Parental Consent system. Also has all details of the group's insurance policy.

Sends and receives all invoices and payments (except membership subs - those go to the Membership Secretary). Sets our show fees in general and on a case-by-case and, with the Events Secretary, takes our bookings.
